A fantastic opportunity to learn from a master. We will have a hands-on learning experience as we learn the art of cooking a la provencale, and the art of wine appreciation.
Part I
A Lesson in Cooking
Roll up your sleeves for a “world class” in local cookery. We will learn the ins and outs of preparing a classic provencale meal with a local chef.
Part 2
Eating the Evidence
We all enjoy the fruits of our labors, complete with local wines and a led discussion on the importance of food in French culture, and a comparison with the role of food in America.
Part 3
Appreciating Wine
A fun lesson in winetasting: learn how the pros distinguish a great, good and flawed wine. We will also have a brief overview of local Rhone and Provencal wines.
